Females, the weather outside is frightful and your mood might not be so nice after a long day working, dealing with family and then getting ready for the holidays. PTA bake sale? Ugh. You can change your bathroom into a five star spa with just one member: YOU. Here are a few of my favorite plans on how you can "get away" and feel divine with spa facilities never leaving your house.

- Make your home spa to model your favored spa. If you like the truth that they offer water out of crystal glasses then buy a wonderful goblet for your bathroom. Spend in that fluffy robe and have fabulous baskets to keep your home spa tools. Hide some gorgeous candles that merely come out for spa night and special towels that you only use for these special days. Buy a petite boom box and have relaxing music ready, try Soundings of the Planet-Healing Music. "Borrow" a do not disturb signboard from a hotel visit or design one to hang outside the door. It's a way to telling your family that you've signed out for the next half hour!

- Do you love how prior to any treatment at spa there is always an instant scrub. You can build a rapid DIY home body scrub that's as good as any anti-aging skin care products by trying the following: Buy a bag of Kosher salt and your favored essential oil akin to lavender or rose. Mix a teaspoon of oil to 12 cup of salt and mingle until you have a loose paste. Don't crush the salt grains. Keep this blend in a plastic bowl near your shower or bath. By the way, skip the sugar scrubs. The crumbs are much smaller and less helpful. Personally , I prefer Nantucket Natural Oils for their concentrated purity. Try adding floras, including rose petals to this salt mix. Now, only use a cloth or a loofah and scrub your body from head to toe. It's natural, cheap and you will feel like silk.
