When she's at home, getting her into any exercise workout plan is virtually impossible. I even pick on her about it once in a while. It must be the plain & simple atmosphere for some folks. Regardless of where you like to get it done, exercise workout program are what will get & keep you in shape. It is a permanent thing. Once you start, you never quit. If you quit your regime once you are the desired weight, then you'll probably end up back where you started.
